摘要
在高校管理体制改革不断深入、高校行政管理信息化不断加强的背景下,办公室人员自主创新能力显得尤为重要,可以从实行岗位目标管理责任制、营造良好的文化氛围、加强信息化建设、完善制度建设等方面来激发办公室人员的自主创新能力,切实提高办公室工作效能。
With the deepening of university management system reform and administration informationization ,the innovative ability of the office workers appears especially important. We can stimulate this kind of ability from the following aspects to practically improve the office work efficacy, including the implementation of post goal management system, the construction of good cultural atmosphere and how to strengthen the information and system construction.
