摘要
本文研究了用于深冷条件下的Fe-Mn-Ni-Al系合金的化学成分、金相组织和低温机械性能.结果表明,Fe-22Mn-3.5Ni-2.5Al-0.1C合金具有稳定的奥氏体组织和良好的机械性能,可用于-196℃下工作的低温铸件结构.试验中还发现。
In this paper, the chemical composition and microstructure of Fe Mn Ni Al alloys used for cryogenic purposes were studied and their low temperature mechanical properties were tested. Experimental results show that the Fe 22 Mn 3.5 Ni 2.5 Al 0.1 C alloy has stable microstructure of austenite, and superior low temperature mechanical properties, and can be used to make castings for cryogenic purposes (down to -196℃). It has also been found that the inclusion contents have remarkable influence on toughness at low temperature.
