摘要
对液压剪板机的工作原理及控制特点进行了分析,在采用继电器—接触器控制液压系统的基础上,选用FX2N—32MR型PLC为控制器。设计出剪板机PLC控制系统,包括硬件电路和软件程序。实践证明,设计方案合理,有很好的实用性。
Have carried on the analysis to the hydraulic pressure plate cutter principle of work and the control characteristic, in uses the relay -contact device control hydraulic system in the foundation, selects FX2N -32MR PLC is the controller. Designs the plate cutter PLC control system, including hardware electric circuit and software procedure. The pracdce proved that, the design proposal is reasonable, has the very good usability.
