浅谈中医外治对创伤修复的作用

传统医学中有“偎脓长肉”、“祛腐生肌”等外治理论。现代研究认为外用中药通过调节局部创面中的微环境而促进愈合。通过对外用中药促进创伤修复机制的研究,将加深对中医外治理论的理解,为中药外用制剂的发展打好基础。

In the traditional medicine there is the theory of culturing the pus for the growth of muscles and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. Aceording to the modern research the local injurg can be healed by regulating the local micro-enreviment of the external-application herbs. Through the reseach of the priveiple on the recovery of injury treated by external application of chinese herbs, the understanding of the theory of the external application of chinese herbs wilt be strengthened, and the basis of the development of external application of chinese herbs will be done.
