典型相关分析在树种地理变异研究中的应用

Application of Canonical Correlation Analysis in the Research of Tree Species Geographic Variation

本文以侧柏种源试验为例,将典型相关分析用于种源研究。应用效果表明,典型相关分析是揭示地理变异模式及其气候生态基础和划分种源区的有效方法。本文还对其应用方法作了探讨。

Canonical correlation analysis was applied in provenance research with data from provenance trials of Platycladus orientalis.The results indicated that canonical correlation analysis was effective for bringing to light the models of geographic variation,the climatic ecologic factors leading to geographic variation and the classification of provenance zones.The methods of canonical correlation analysis applied in provenance research also were discussed in this paper.
