防爆电动机型式试验及其自动化系统研究

摘要 防爆电动机在石油等行业爆炸性危险场所的生产、输送、储存环节中发挥着重要的作用。在充分重视其电气性能、效率的同时,防爆性能同样不容忽视。作为防爆安全检验机构,如何确保检验的科学、公正、准确性和防止人为因素的影响,是每一个检验机构共同探索的目标。文章通过介绍作者多年的检验实践经验以及对检测系统和过程自动化的研究,来说明电机型式试验自动化系统的原理、组成、运行及优越性。 It is widely known that Ex motors place a very important role in sorm. processes, such as production, transportation and store in hazardous areas for petroleum and chemical industry. For the Ex product, the explosion protection perfonmnce is as important as electrical specifications and efficiency. It is the together objective for all of the testing bodies how to ensure the testing result scientific, Justness and accuracy, and avoid the impact of personal factor on the test results. The author, with their practical experience in testing and study on the testing system and process automation, explain the principle, consistence , operation and the superiority of automatic system in the type test for electric machine.
