摘要
教师继续教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,教育的一般规律和原理能为教师继续教育提供有益的借鉴;如同对个体的教育一样,教师继续教育也应该注重教师专业发展的循序渐进性、阶段性和教师的个人特质;将丰富的教育理论运用于实际的教师继续教育,是促进教师专业发展的一条有效途径。
Teachers' continuing education is an important part of the education in our country and the basic principles of education can provide it helpful enlightenment. Continuing education, therefore, should pay attention to the proper sequence and phases of teachers' professional development and teachers' individual characteristics. Applying rich teaching theories to practical teachers' continuing education is an effective approach to promote professional development of teachers.
