摘要
文章提出了在化学教师继续教育中的柔性模式的含义,并介绍了采用这一模式的几点尝试:柔性的管理模式,选择性的课程设置方案,多样性的教学策略和学员在学习中的主动参与。
This article gives a definition to the flexible teaching model in the continuing education of chemistry teachers and it introduces some attempts of adopting this model: flexible managing model, selective plans of course design, various teaching strategies and trainees' active participation in the learning.
