Self-disclosure's Value and Enlightenment to Psychological Consultancy

传统心理咨询和心理治疗理论鼓励来访者自我表露,有关的咨询和治疗技术定位于促进来访者的自我表露;随着研究的不断深入,自我表露被视为心理咨询的重要技巧和有效心理咨询员所必备的能力或品质,并影响来访者自我表露,最终决定心理咨询和治疗的效果。该文在综述国内外关于自我表露研究的基础上,结合心理咨询工作实践,对心理咨询中自我表露的适宜性、来访者自我表露训练、咨询员自我表露能力或品质的培养进行探讨。

Visitor＇s self-disclosure was encouraged in traditional psychological consultancy and psychotherapy theory, and some relevant consultation and treatment technology were orientate as to promote visitor＇s self-disclosure. As the study developed, self-disclosure was considered to be an important skill and the ability or quality of an effective psychological consulter, it could affect visitor＇s self- disclosure and decide the effect of psychological consultancy and psychotherapy. This paper describes the study of self-disclosure abroad first, and then, combining with consultation practice, probes the suitability of self-disclosure, trainmen to visitor＇s self-disclosure, development of ability or quality of consulter＇ s self-disclosure.
