摘要
0.4%一1.0%NaCl溶液培养的雷司令葡萄新梢,引起叶片失绿、萎蔫或组织坏死,1.0%NaCl导致叶柄萎蔫坏死。盐胁迫引起叶细胞膜透性增加,叶片净光合速率和叶圆片暗呼吸明显降低。盐害症状随NaCl浓度的增加明显加重,并与叶龄有关。
Cuttings of
wine grape cultivar White Riesling(Vitis vinifera L.)were cultivated in nutrient solutionswith
different concentrations of NaCl,i.e. 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%(w/v).The injury symptoms,leaf
cell permeability,leaf disc dark respiration and leaf net photosynthesis were
detected.NaCl(0.4%一1.0%)salinity caused leaf wilting, chlorosis,and necrosis.Leaf cell
permeability was increased, leaf netphotosynthesis of cuttings and dark respiration of leaf disc
were decreased under increasing NaCl(0.4%一1.0%)salinity stress. Injury symptoms of cutting
leaves were enhanced by increasing salt stress.The rela-tionship among salt stress,cutting
response and leaf age were discussed.
