两种不同盐浓度环境中海乳草叶片形态结构特征研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文利用光学显微技术研究了盐生植物海乳草叶片的形态解剖学特征。结果表明。海乳草是典型的泌盐植物。生长在两种不同盐浓度环境中的海乳草、表现出显著的性状差异,在高盐湿生环境中,植株匍匐、叶片小、轻度肉质化、紫红色、全栅型,泌盐结构为海榄类型。在低盐旱生环境中,植株直立、叶片大、双栅型。 The morphological and anatomical features of leaves of halophyte seamilkwort were studied using light microscope techniques.The results show that seamilkwort is a typical salt secretory plant which showed significant character difference in two different saline environments.In the environment with higher saline content and moisture the plants were stale with small,slightly succulent,total-palisade and purplish red leaves.Their salt glands which consist of four cells were similiar to those of coastal avicennia.However,in the environment with lower salt content and drought,they had erect stem and larger,symmetric-palisde and green leaves.The salt glands were similiar to those of Limonium-tamarix,composing of six cells。
