摘要
利用三维人体测量仪,选择430名年龄在18~23岁之间的江浙籍青年女子测量其体型指标;对影响人体体型的46个部位尺寸数据进行了聚类分析,得到了决定并区分女子体型的典型指标:身高、前长、胸高、胸围、臀围和总肩宽。建立了能广泛应用人体细部规格与基本部位之间的岭回归模型关系,从而可以通过典型指标预测细部规格,其预测模型值的准确度高,相关性检验显著,可使制作的服装样板更加准确、合体。
For garment production, the measurement of 430 young women aged from 18 ~ 23 in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area were taken through scanning with 3D-body scanner. Then the typical indexes deciding and distinguishing women's body characteristic were obtained by cluster analyzing of the data of 46 parts influencing the body form. They were height, front length, breast depth, bust circumference/hip size and shoulder width. A ridge regression model was established which could be applied to the detail specifications and basic parts of the body, so the detail specifications could be acquired through typical indexes, The data from the prediction model are precise, have prominent correlation, can make the garment pattern more precise and suitable.
