试论职务晋升制度 被引量:2

摘要 传统的单阶梯晋升制度在资源配置和激励等方面有其自身合理性,但随着社会的发展,这种制度也存在着一些不足,本文讨论了其局限性,并基于博弈论的观点进行了解释。
