摘要
提出了多体接触体系的系统分解法,并据此法将回转窑这个接触大体系分解成筒体与滚圈接触体系、滚圈与托轮接触体系、托轮与托轮轴接触体系。通过在托轮与托轮轴的过盈配合面上设置接触单元,对托轮与托轮轴接触体系进行了有限元数值计算,得出了托轮、托轮轴易损部位的力学特征,这些特征为评价托轮、托轮轴的力学状态提供了定量的指标,为回转窑的预知维护提供了基础。
The decomposing method of multi-body contact system is put forward, which is applied to decompose the large contact system of rotary kiln into the contact system between shell and tyre, between tyre and roller, and between tyre and roller axle. By setting forth contact element at the interference joint, the contact system between roller and roller axle is solved with FEM method, and the mechanical property of roller and roller axle are obtained, which will supply the quantum index for evaluating the mechanical status of roller and axle, and provide basis for the prescient maintenance of rotary kiln.
