国际植物新品种保护联盟公约背景下的农民留种行为分析 被引量:12

摘要 本文以非杂交大田作物小麦为研究对象,考察农民的留种行为对小麦产量是否有显著影响。分析结果表明,对于非杂交作物,例如小麦、大豆等,留种行为对产量有显著影响,许多农民更愿意购买新品种以提高产量。对育种企业而言,尽管面临着因农民留种而导致下一期种子销售量的下降,但仍然可以通过提高母本种子的价格来回收其新品种研发投资,农民的留种行为不影响育种企业创新的积极性。
