This article summarizes our country＇s related policies for dealing with mine-environment, and gives some analyzing for contradicts between policy and the present mine-environment condition, knows fund flaw is the first essential factor that it affects mineenvironment being effectively treated. In view of this, the author has made some discussions on the mechanism for financing treating mineenvironment in our country.
