表面活性剂辅助铈掺杂纳米氧化锆的合成与表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of cerium doped zirconia nanocrystallites by a surfactant-assisted route

摘要 利用阳离子表面活性剂(CTAB)的辅助途径,通过前期的制备工艺实现了金属铈对纳米氧化锆的掺杂改性.借助XRD、TEM、UV-Vis以及N2吸附-脱附等方法对样品进行了表征分析.研究表明,金属铈离子进入氧化锆当中,掺杂改性后的氧化锆热稳定性显著提高,并且具有一定的介孔结构. In this paper, zirconia nanocrystallites was synthesized by a surfactant - assisted route under the hydrothermal method, and cerium can be successfully incorporated into zirconia nanocrystallites. The X- ray powder diffraction, TEM, UV - Vis analysis and N2 adsorption - desorption analysis were adopted for the characterization of the synthesized materials. The results show that cerium has been homogeneously incorporated into the zirconia nanocrystallites. The prepared cerium- doped sample shows a stable thermal characteristic compared to normal zirconia nanocrystallites, and a little mesoporous structure was observed.
