介绍了一种新型悬式瓷复合绝缘子的结构特性、技术参数和特点等。该产品由伞裙、瓷芯、金具、锁紧销四部分组成。端部联接金具(钢脚、铁帽)采用盘形悬式瓷绝缘子的结构;在瓷芯盘表面注射模压硅橡胶复合外绝缘伞裙,既保持了瓷绝缘子稳定的机械性能,又兼有复合绝缘子的憎水性、耐电蚀能力强的特点。挂网运行效果良好。
The design feature, technical parameters of the porcelain-core composite rod insulator are presented, which consists of housing, porelain core fittings and security pin. The coupling of the fittings （pin, cap） is the same as that of cap and pin insulator. On the porcelain core, the silicone shed housing is jet-moulded. Thus, the insulator has both stable mechanical performance of a porcelain insulator, and hydrophobility, erosion resistance of a composite insulator. The service effect is pretty well.
