摘要
介绍了玻璃绝缘子在浙江省500kV电网的运行情况,按照相关标准对自破玻璃绝缘子的残锤和同串未自破的LXHY3-160型产品进行测试,结果表明,自破后的机械破坏负荷依然达到要求,同串LXHY3-160型产品也均达到要求。玻璃绝缘子在浙江省500kV电网的运行分析表明:玻璃绝缘子在运行初期(1~2年),其自破率偏高,尔后逐年呈下降趋势并稳定在一定水平上;每年7~9月,玻璃绝缘子自破率高于其他月份;耐张串上的玻璃绝缘子的自破率高于直线串;从多条输电线路运行电压的升高情况来看,产品的自破率未见明显上升。
The general situation of domestic glass insulators used on 500kV electrical system in Zhejiang province was introduced. Mechanical tests were made on residua of self-shattered insulator of LXHY3-160 type and sound insulators taken from the same string according relevant standard showed satisfactory strength of both insulator residua and sound insulators. Service evaluation on glass insulators at 500kV system in Zhejiang province showed a higher self-shatterlng rate at beginning (1- 2years) July-Se and lowered down progressively in following years and then stabilized at certain level. During ptember, every year the self-shattering rate was higher then in other months, which on tensile string higher then on vertical string. A higher self-shattering not observed at a few transmission lines with enhanced operating voltage.
