摘要
汽轮机常规性能试验测点布置有限,测量参数一般局限于高压加热器、除氧器及与二类修正有关的相关参数,使现有的各种热力系统分析方法难以根据这些测量参数准确进行局部定量分析。经过严格的理论分析和数学推导,首次提出了在汽轮机常规性能试验有限的测量参数条件下,进行局部定量分析的新方法,并通过实例进行了验证。新方法具有通用、精确和适应计算机程序化的特点。
The arrangement of measuring points in conventional performance test of steam turbines is limited, the measuring parameters are generally confined to related parameters of the high pressure heater, deaeator, and those related to secondary class correction, making various analysis methods of the thermal system to be difficult for accurately carrying out partial quantitative analysis on the basis of said measured parameters. Through strictly theoretical analysis and mathematical deduction, a new method for carrying out the partial quantitative analysis under condition of limited parameters in conventional performance test of steam turbines has been firstly put forward. The new method has features, such as universal, accurate, and suitable for routinization in computers, and it is especially suited to use for the partial quantitative analysis in conventional performance test of steam turbines, and having been validated through practical examples.
