摘要
对河津电厂2×350MW机组锅炉水冷壁产生高温腐蚀的原因进行了分析,认为其主要是主燃烧器区二次风和上部AA风分配不合理,造成主燃烧器区二次风不足所致。对此,提出了降低锅炉负荷、改善入炉煤质、加强主燃烧器区域二次风等解决办法。
The causes leading to high temperature corrosion on water-wall of boilers for 2×350 MW units in first-phase project of Hejin Power Plant have been analysed. It is believed that the main cause is result of unreasonable distribution of the secondary air and upper AA air in the region of main burners, making secondary air in the said region to be insufficient. For this reason, resolution measures, such as reducing boiler’s load, improving quality of as-fired coal, strengthening secondary air in the region of main burners etc., have been put forward.
