摘要
目的:设计一种旋转生物反应器并评价在其中进行细胞培养的效果。方法:制造一套旋转生物反应器并与静态培养进行比较。结果:扫描电镜结果表明旋转生物反应器动态培养的细胞生长速度、数量和形态明显优于24孔板静态培养。结论:自制旋转生物反应器可较好实现细胞三维立体培养,能作为细胞工程实验室一种较为理想的细胞培养装置,可在细胞和组织工程领域中广泛应用。
Objective: We have designed a rotating bioreactor and estimated the effect of it on cell culture. Method: We have made the rotating bioreactor and cultured cells in the bioreactor compared with static state. Result:The scanning electron microscope result indicated that growth- speed, quantity and modality in the bioreactor were better than that cultured in static 24 - pore plate. Conclusion:We developed the bioreactor can realize cell three- dimension culture, it is an ideal . equipment for cell culture, in cell engineering laboratory It can be used broadly to cell/tissues engineering.
