摘要
2005年下半年开始我国电力供需矛盾开始出现缓和,作者对2005年全国电力供需情况进行了全面分析总结,并对2006年全国电力供需形势进行了分析预测,对2007年电力供需形势进行了展望。根据分析预测结果,2006年全国电力供需形势将由缺电向基本平衡过渡,自2002年以来这一轮全国性缺电局面将于2007年全面结束。
Power supply and demand has being gradually coming to its balance since the second half of 2005. The author presents a complete summary on power supply and demand of our country in 2005, a forecast analysis of power supply and demand situation in 2006 and also an expectation of power supply and demand trend in 2007. Based on the result of analysis and forecast, it is concluded that the power supply and demand will transit from electricity shortage to basic balance and this round of electdcity shortage across the country starting from 2002 will end completely in 2007.
