对执行力的概念进行了诠释,对执行力的构成要素进行了分析,并从四个方面提出了提升员工执行力的对策。
This paper presents an elaboration on the idea of executive power and an analysis on the key factors of executive power, it also put forward countermeasures for improving executive power of power utilities staff from 4 aspects.
