this paper presents an elaboration on risks and hidden troubles in current electricity charge management of power utilities, the current status and causes of electricity charge default by large customer and the prevention measures. It also carries out study on how to strengthen electricity charge management, how to implement credit-ranking system for large customers and how to establish pre-warning analysis system for electricity charge.
