摘要
本文介绍了我国管理咨询业的发展概况,并借鉴波特的观点,从供应者、需求者、产业内的竞争者以及替代者、潜在进入者5个方面对我国管理咨询业的竞争环境展开分析,提出了发展我国管理咨询业的对策。
Firstly, this article introduces the development situation of management consulting in our country, then analyzes the competitive environment using Porter Five forces model, including suppliers, buyers, industry competitors, substitutes and new entrants, and then puts forward the development strategy of management consulting industry in our country.
