Analyzing Informationization of Hebei Province Based on State Informationization Quotient

基于信息产业部公布的《国家信息化指标构成方案》及国家信息化测评中心的测评数据,结合调查数据和合理的数理推算,首先从宏观、中观和微观三级层次上分析了河北省信息化水平的状况,指出了存在的问题;而后分别从横向和纵向对河北省信息化水平进行比较分析;最后提出了河北省信息化发展应采取的发展战略和信息化进程中应采取的一些方针意见。

Based on the program of national informatization index composed drafted by ministry of information industry and the data that getting form national informatization evaluation center, combining the data that getting from investigation and rational mathematics, firstly this paper analyses the informatization of Hebei province by macro, mesne and micro observational granularity, point the problems. Secondly, it is analyzed the current situation according to both comparing with other typical provinces in transverse and tracing development date of Hebei province informatization in lengthways . At last it provides some suggestions on how to develop the informatization of Hebei province.
