Study on the Construction of Information Supporting System for Science and Technology Development Planning

本文在对科技发展规划目的和信息需求分析的基础上,探讨了我国目前科技发展规划中信息的来源与运用,并从提高我国科技发展规划的科学性和信息资源的有效利用角度提出了构建我国科技发展规划信息支持系统的必要性和方法。

On the basis of the analysis of the purpose and information demands of science and technology development planning, this paper discusses the source and utilization of information in science and technology planning, then points out the necessity and method of the construction of information supporting system for science and technology planning from the view of keeping the rationality of science and technology planning and the utilization efficiency of information resources.
