摘要
Wistar大鼠100只,随机分为10组,每组10只。5组动物用于注射Formalin致痛模型镇痛实验:动物注射Formalin液后1min开始涂蝎毒镇痛酊或生理盐水(其中1组于注射前30min口服阿斯匹林,观察早反应及迟反应。另5组动物用于神经干结扎慢性痛镇痛模型:戊巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉,在镜下于腓总神经与胫神经分支处结扎神经干,48h后分别涂蝎毒镇痛酊、生理盐水或口服阿斯匹林,第20d记录肌电变化。结果:蝎毒镇痛酊外用,对大鼠注射Formalin引起阵发性肌电发放、神经干结扎慢性痛及结扎后自残率均有显著的抑制作用,并具有一定的剂量效应关系。提示蝎毒镇痛酊对急、慢性躯体痛具有抑制作用。
In order to evaluate the analgesic effect of scorpion venom analgesic tincture(SVAT) on relieving the neuropathic pain and promoting the regeneration of peripheral nerves,two animal models of formalin and autotomy followinjg sciatic nerve lesion were used in this study.100 adult Wistar rats were divided at random into 10 groupe,10 for each.50 rats were treated with 1.5%formalin/20μl,then with SVAT or NS/aspirin after a short time. The sciatic nerve of the right side was crushed in other 50 rats,and treated with SVAT or NS/aspirin for 17 day(1~3times/day).The medial and lateral gastrocnemius were placed in the recording electrode,the paw pads were placed in the stimulating electrode,the pain threshold of the flexion reflex were observed in 5 min,20 min and 17 days after the operation. After the right hind paw was daubed with SVAT 2 or 3 times after injecting 1.5% formalin, the results indicated that the electromyographs(EMGs)from right masseter muscles activity was inhibited from 16.5 times/min to 13.4~14.2times/min;the pain threshold from 12.8V to 7.4~8.2V. The A-afferent fiber activity was only shown in the animals daubed with SVAT. It is concluded that SVAT has obvious effect of promoting the regeneration of the peripheral nerves, the inhibition on the truncal pain, and the autotomy.
