摘要
从医院性质、筹资方式、运营机制、服务受益范围等四个方面分析了我国各地济困医院的实施模式,同时归纳了目前济困医院面临的问题,并从建立原则、调整框架、配套政策等三个方面提出了对策。
The administration pattern for the aid hospitals from various regions in China were analyzed on their property, financing, management and beneficiary. Summarizing the problems that the aid hospitals were confronted with recently, the authors gave some suggestion on construction principles, regulation framework and correlative polices.
