摘要
由于流动性大,社会医疗保险在覆盖外来员工的问题上存在许多难点。本文通过对难点问题的剖析,对外来员工医疗保险的参保、缴费、待遇、费用控制等方面进行了探索,提出了解决问题的对策。
There were many difficulties in social medical insurance for immigrant workers because of their fluidity. Analyzing the difficulties, the author exploring social medical insursnce for immigrant workers and advanced some countermeasures.
