蜂胶提取物拮抗砷化物对人体外周血淋巴细胞致突变作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究蜂胶对亚砷酸钠诱发的体外培养的人体外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变抑制作用。方法:不同浓度的蜂胶提取物和亚砷酸钠溶液按照不同加入顺序与人体外周血接触培养,观察畸变类型和畸变细胞率。结果:蜂胶和亚砷酸钠分先后与血细胞作用组,当蜂胶终浓度为20μg/ml及以上时,总畸变细胞率及各类型畸变率低于阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01),蜂胶和亚砷酸钠同时作用组,当蜂胶终浓度为10μg/ml及以上时总畸变细胞率及各类型畸变率低于阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:蜂胶对亚砷酸钠所致细胞染色体突变有抑制作用,其对突变细胞有分化逆转作用。 Objective: To study the inhibition effect of propolis on chromosomal aberration of human perpheral blood lymphocyte, which induced by sodium arsenite in vitro. Methed: Human peripheral blood were cultured with propolis and sodium arsenite in different concentration and different sequence. The types of aberration and the rate of aberrative cell were observed. Results: When the concentrate of popolis was equal to or above 20μg/ml, there were significant difference total aberrative cell rate and the aberration various types between the group of propolis and sodium arsenite in sequence (PSAS) and the contl group (P 〈 0.01 ). When the concetrate of popolis was equal to or above 10μg/ml, there were significant difference in total aberrative cell rate and the aberration various types between the group of simulaction of propolls and sodium arsenite (SAPS) and the contrl group. When the concentrate of propolis was equal to or above 20 μg/ml, total aberrative cell rate of SAPS was lower than that of PSAS. Significant dose-response relationships were observed between each treatment group. Conctution: Propolis can prevent mutation, which induced by sodium arsenite. It has effect of differetiation and reversion on mutated cells. The anti - mutation action of group SAPS is better than that of group PSAS.
