摘要
目的:评价和分析2004年成都市运输事故死亡特征。方法:基于ICD-10的外部原因,按运输事故中受害者的模式,将运输事故分为4种类型;应用减寿分析方法。结果:行人和骑脚踏车人员在运输事故中的损伤为主要的致死和减寿类型,市区标化死亡率为4.51/10万。标化减寿率为129.53/10万,郊县标化死亡率为9.77/10万,标化减寿率为229.75/10万。郊县的各类运输事故人群死亡率和减寿率明显高于市区;男性的各类运输事故死亡率和减寿率均高于女性;60岁及以上年龄组运输事故人群死亡率为46.85/10万.15~59岁组运输事故人群死亡率为19.03/10万.0~14岁组运输事故人群死亡率为3.66/10万。高年龄组运输事故死亡率明显高于低年龄组运输事故死亡率;相对于其他职业人群,学生人群的运输事故死亡占其总死亡的比重较高,男性为11.81%.女性为17.05%。结论:行人和骑脚踏车人员、老年人群和学生人群的运输事故死亡是值得关注的。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of death caused by transportation accidents in Chengdu in 2004. Methods: Based on classification of external cause in ICD- 10, transportation accidents were classified into 4 types. The PYLL analysis was used. Results: Among the four types of transportation accidents, pedestrian and cyclist injured in transportation accident were the primary types which caused death and potential life loss, urban mortality was 4.51/100 000, urban PYLL was 129.53/100 000, and rural mortality was 9.77/100 000, rural PYLL was 229.75/100 000. The rural mortality and the rate of PYLL of transportation accidents were higher than that in urban. Male's mortality and the rate of PYLL of transportation accidents were higher than female's. The mortality of transportation accidents of population over 60 years old was 46.85/100 000, which was higher than that of younger population. That of 15 - 59 years old was 19.03/100 000, and that of 0-14 years old was 3.66/100 000. Compared to the other occupational population, the death of transportation accidents in the population of students had accounted for a higher percentage of the total death, male students accouted for 11.8196, female students accouted for 17.05%. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the death caused by transportation accidents in the pedestrians and cyclists, student population and the population over 60 years age.
