朝阳区47家医院传染病管理现状分析

ANALYSIS OF EPIDEMICAL CONTROL ON 47 HOSPITALS IN BEIJING.

目的:了解朝阳区47家各级医院的传染病管理情况,对在传染病疫情报告、疫情漏报、消毒隔离方面发现的问题提出建议。方法:采用描述流行病学研究中的现况研究方法对47家医院的传染病管理情况进行计分析。结果:医院总漏报率为5·00%,总完整率61·88%,各级医院均存在报告不完整问题,总及时率为94·38%。医院级别越高漏报率越低,各级医院传染病报告的完整率随医院级别的降低有逐渐减少的趋势,及时率无明显差异,医院的消毒隔离情况在个体诊所存在消毒技术培训不到位。结论:我区的传染病管理工作发展不平衡,各级医院传染病报告存在漏报及报告不完整,加强传染病报告管理的工作重点在基层医院,应加大传染病的监督执法力度。

Objective： To invest the things of epidemical control on hospitals in Chaoyang District to advance the advices of epidemical record and disinfection isolation, and 60 export the questions on epidenaic control and the reason of failing to report on epidemic. Methods： invest the thing of epidemic control from 1.1 of 2003 to 5.31 on 47 hospitals. The data is histrorical cohort study. Results： The total rate of failing to report of the hospital is 5.00%, the total intact rate is 61.88%, the hospitals at all levels have the problem of reporting incompletely, the total promptness rate is 94.38 %. The disinfect and isolate situation in individual clinic hospital exists the problem of disinfect technical training incompletely. Conclusion： The infectious disease report of hospital at all levels has the problem of failing to report and reporting incompletely, Strengthening the focal point of management work of infectious disease reporting is in the hospital at the basic level, and should also devote more efforts to enforcing the law in supervision of the infectious disease.
