用自体游离骨膜治疗肿瘤性骨缺损

Management of Bone Defect with Autologous Periosteum Following Removal of Tumor

自１９８９年９月～１９９３年７月，用自体游离骨膜治疗肿瘤性骨缺损１２例。骨巨细胞瘤７例，孤立性骨囊肿２例，动脉瘤样骨囊肿２例，骨纤维结构不良１例。术前根据Ｘ线片测定瘤腔范围，以估计切取骨膜面积。术中先切取胜骨骨膜，剪成０．３ｃｍ×０．３ｃｍ小方块备用。而后彻底清除骨肿瘤病变组织，将备用骨膜植入瘤腔。１０周后拍Ｘ线片可见瘤腔内新生骨征象，１６周新骨密度已接近或相当于周围骨组织密度。

From September 1989 to July 1993,12 cases of bone defect left over following tumor removal,comprising 7 giant cell tumors,2 solitary bone cysts,2 aneurysmal bone cysts and 1 fibrous dysplasia, were treated with autologous free periosteum graft.Estimation of the size of the bone defect was made on the X-ray film before operation. Periosteum appropriate in size was taken from patient' s own tibia and was cut into 0. 3cm square pieces which were implanted on the inner surface of the defect cavity after the tumor was removed.Ten weeks after the implantation, newbron bone appeared in the cavity judged on the X-ray film. At the 16th week after the operation,the density of the newborn bone was identical with the adjacent normal bone.
