异丙酚在人工流产术中的应用

Propofol Used in Artificial Abortion

３９例人工流产患者，术前无明显的心肺疾患，应用异丙酚２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，术中记录异丙酚的起效时间和恢复时间。结果表明，异丙酚起效快（２９．５４±５．７７）ｓ，作用时效短，睁眼时间为（６．８１±２．６９）ｍｉｎ，苏醒迅速。但异丙酚对呼吸系统、循环系统均有一定程度的抑制作用，术中需加强监测与管理。认为异丙酚可作为人工流产术的麻醉剂。

Thirty-nine cases of artificial abortion were performed under 2.5 mg/kg propofol anesthesia. Respiratory and circulatory systems of all cases were monitored and the onset time and recovery time of propofol were measured.The results showed that propofol induction was rapid and smooth with quick and full recovery. But propofol could produce depression on respiratory and circulatory systems. This paper suggests that propofol can be used as an anesthesia in artificial abortion under intensive monitoring.
