B型超声检查诊断视网膜母细胞瘤的研究

A Study of B-mode Ultrasonography for Diagnosis of Retinal Blastoma

用Ｂ型超声图检查视网膜母细胞瘤（Ｒｂ）５１例５６眼，并作ＣＴ扫描，术后病理检查作对照，结果Ｂ超诊断Ｒｂ５５眼准确，其诊断准确率为９８．２％。Ｂ超诊断Ｒｂ的特点：①玻璃体内出现密集的实质性光团回声，光团多为球形或椭圆形，边界较清晰；②光团内有强回声的光斑或光点；③降低仪器的灵敏度时，可显出钙化斑点的强回声。这３条标准中，①②两条为Ｒｂ的主要诊断标准，缺一不可。同时对Ｂ超诊断Ｒｂ的优点、临床应用价值等进行了讨论。

cases(56 eyes)of retinal blastoma(Rb)were examined by B-mode ultrasonography.The results were compared with those of CT scanning and pathological examination after operation. The conclusion was that the accuracy rate of B-ultrasonic diagnosis was 98.2%;The characteristics of Rb diagnosis by B-ultrasonography were:①solid echo from vitreous body,the light beam being ball-shaped or elliptic-shaped and the margin relatively clear,②intensive hard light spots or small spots echo,③when lowering sensitivity of the detector,calcium spots echo could be detected.The former two points were the important diagnostic factors of Rb.The advantages and clinical application value of B-ultrasonic diagnosis of Rb were also discussed.
