摘要 [目的]探讨41.8℃全身热疗对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。[方法]分别在治疗前后各个不同的时相抽取患者外周血样本,以流式细胞术检测样本中淋巴细胞亚群的百分含量、双抗夹心ELISA法测定血清样本中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素受体-2(sIL-2R)的浓度。[结果]热化疗组患者在热疗期间Th/Ts比值上升至1.7,NK细胞百分含量和血清IL-2浓度上升超过3倍,免疫封闭因子sIL-2R浓度由热疗前的2113.3pg/ml显著下降至1506.5pg/ml,单纯化疗组患者未见上述改变。[结论]41.8℃全身热疗发挥的是短期而显著的效应,有助于解除恶性肿瘤患者的免疫抑制,增强机体抗肿瘤免疫作用。 [Purpose] To investigate the Effects of 41.8℃ Whole-Body Hyperthermia on cellular immunity in patients with malignancy. [Methods ] Peripheral blood samples from patients before and after treatment were detcected by flow cytometry for percentage of lymphocyte subsets and ELISA for concentration of IL-2 and sIL- 2R. [Results] In patients with hyperthermia and chemotherapy, during treatment with hyperthermia, the Tb/Ts radio elevated t(, 1.7, the percentage of NK cell and IL-2 concentration rose to over 3 times and the concentration of sIL-2R decreased from 2 113.3 pg/ml before hyperthermia to 1 506.5 pg/ml. The above changes were not observed in patients with chemotherapy alone. [Conclusion] 41.8℃ Whole-Body Hyperthermia with the transient and conspicuous effect can relieve immune suppression and enhance anti-tumor immunity in the patients with malignancy.
