摘要
[目的]探讨环氧化酶2(Cox-2),p53及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在直肠癌中表达的意义。[方法]对107例存档直肠癌标本,分别采用Cox-2,p53及PCNA三种单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色(SP法)。[结果]Cox-2,p53及PCNA阳性表达率在肿瘤有淋巴结转移(阳性表达率分别为80.9%、68.3%、84.1%)直肠癌病例中分别显著高于肿瘤无淋巴结转移(52.2%、47.7%、40.9%),在Dukes’C期患者阳性表达率分别显著高于Dukes’A、B期(P<0.05)。[结论]直肠癌Cox-2,p53及PCNA表达与淋巴结转移和疾病进展等相关。
[Purpose ] To investigate the expression of Cox-2, p53 and PCNA in rectal carcinoma. [Methods ] Expression of Cox-2, p53 and PCNA were detected with monoclonal antibodies by immunohistochemical SP staining in 107 cases with reetal carcinoma. [Results] The positive rates of Cox-2, p53 and PCNA in cases with lymphnode metastasis （80.9%,68.3%,84.1%） were significantly higher than those without lymphnode metastasis （52.2%,47.7%,40.9%） respectively and the positve rates in Dukes＇ stage C cases were significantly higher than those in Dukes＇stage A and B（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression of Cox-2, p53 and PCNA is closed related to lvmnhnode metastasis and state of illness in rectal eareinoma.
