企业社会责任与财务绩效的关联性问题,是20多年来国外企业管理领域研究的一个热点问题。本文对国外近30年来对社会责任与财务绩效关系方面的相关研究进行总结和评价,并指出了进一步研究的方向。

Exploring the relationship between social responsibility and financial performance of corporation has been become a hot point in field of corporation management since 1970s. This paper analyses the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance. And it puts forward implications and future research.
