摘要
震源物理的研究是岩石力学、位错理论、断裂力学、电磁学和非线性动力学等学科的渗透与结合。地震的孕育、发生和重复的动力学过程是震源物理研究的重要内容。当前震源物理的研究目标,就是要找出这个动力学基本方程,现阶段至少要找出它的最简单模型的定量描述。震源物理研究的一个突破点是用各种物理方法研究地震孕育和破裂的微观机理。这些机理的研究可以说是震源物理的"基因"工程,其研究结果的积累,将构成震源物理和前兆物理的"基因"库,成为前兆物理反演的评价依据。本文回顾、展望了震源物理研究,对当前震源物理的研究内容提出了设想。
The research on seismic source physics means mutual permeation and integration of the sub- jects of rock mechanics,dislocation theory,fracture mechanics,electromagnetics and nonlinear dy- namics.The dynamic processes of seismogeny,occurrence and repetition are the important sub- jects of the research on seismic source physics.It is the current object of research on seismic source physics to find out the basic dynamic equation,at least to seek out a quantitative descrip- tion of its simplest model.Using various physical methods to study the micromechanism of seis- mogeny and occurrence is a breakthrough point of the research on source physics.The research on such mechanism can be called'gene engineering'of source physics.The accumulation of the re- search results will constitute the'gene pool'of source physics and precursory physics,and will form an important basis for evaluating the inversion of precursory physics.In this paper,the re- search on earthquake source physics are reviewed and prospected,and some tentative ideas about the subjects of current research on earthquake source physics are presented.
