支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 1040 cases by laryngomicrosurgery in suspension laryngoscope.

目的：探讨支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术的围手术期护理方法。方法：对1040例咽喉疾病患者行支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术治疗，术前做好心理护理，术中进行前瞻性护理配合，术后注意并发症的预防及处理。结果：本组术后随访1—2年，临床疗效满意，发音恢复正常884例，明显改善142例，14例复发需再次手术。结论：支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术精度高，患者创伤小，疗效满意，提高围手术期护理质量是保证手术成功开展的关键。

Objective： To explore nursing methods in perioperative period of laryngomicrosurgery in suspension laryngoscope. Methods： Psycho -nursing, foreseeing nursing and precaution against complication were adopted preoperatively, in - operatively and postoperatively in the operation. Results ： One to two - year follow - up indicated that the treatment results were satisfied. 884 cases out of 1040 cases were cured, 142 had obvious improvement, and only 14 had recurrence. Conclusion： Laryngomicrosurgery in suspension laryngoscope had advantages of high precision, less trauma and satisfied effective outcome,The perioperative nursing care in high quality is the key to ensure the success of laryngomicrosurgery.
