摘要
风湿病专业的硕士研究生的培养首先要重视基础理论、基本知识的学习。其次要重视临床技能的培养及注重综合能力的培养。通过多种形式的教学安排,培养学生的综合能力;重视创新精神、创新能力的培养;重视团队精神和协作精神的培养。再次应因材施教,对学生进行个体化培养,最好还要发挥院校之间的学术优势,走共同培养道路。
This paper presents a description about training of post-graduate students majoring in rheumatology.The essential knowledge and theory are highly stressed,and the clinical skill,comprehensive ability are also emphasized to encouraging students to bring forth new ideas, Besides cooperation and team spirit are encouraged through group and pair work.
