泪囊鼻腔吻合术临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Dacryocystorhinostomy

目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床效果。方法自2001年3月。2005年6月我们对160例（160眼）慢性泪囊炙患者进行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，术后随访6个月～5年，观察疗效．．结果术后随访6个月，5年的160例泪囊鼻腔吻合术中，治愈152例，有效6例，无效2例。2例术后无效者，在鼻内窥镜下进一步处理后治愈。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合成功率高，是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的最佳手术治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 160 cases（160 eyes） diagnosed as chronic dacryocystitis from March 2001 to june 2005 received dacryocystorhinostomy. The follow up time was 6 months - 5 years. Results In the 160 cases,152 cases were cured and improved in 6 cases and 2 cases failed. 2 cases which failed were cured under nasal endoscope. Conclusion For the time being the success rate of traditional dacryocystorhinostomy is higher significantly than other operating patterns.
