摘要
目的探讨双钢板内固定术治疗C型肱骨远端骨折的临床疗效及解剖基础。方法本组共应用双钢板内固定治疗C型肱骨远端骨折39例,并随访分析疗效。结果术后平均随访10个月,所有病例均获得骨性愈合,采用A itken和Rorabeek综合评分系统评分,优25例,良10例,可2例,差2例。结论双钢板内固定治疗C型肱骨远端骨折,固定牢靠,复位较好,有利于患者早期行肘关节功能锻炼,在临床上可取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and anatomic base of internal fixation with double plate in treatment of type - C fracture of the distal humerus. Methods 39 cases of the distal humerus fracture type - C underwent open reduction and internal fixation with double plate. All the 39 cases were followed up and their clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results The follow - up, ranging from 8 - 17 months（ average 10 months）and all the humerus fractures achieved clinical union and evaluated by A itken and Rorabeek rating system,with excellent in 25 cases,good in 10 cases,2 cases were acceptable and 2 cases were bad. Conclusion The treatment of the distal humerus fractures （ type - C） with double plates has satisfactory results with good replacement and firm fixation of the elbow joint. It helps the patients to practise early exercises of elbow joints and it is a more effective method.
