溃疡性结肠炎222例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ulcerative Colitis 222 Cases

目的总结溃疡性结肠炎的临床表现、肠镜检查及活检在诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析222例溃疡性肠炎的临床表现、电子结肠镜检查及部分活检资料。结果溃疡性结肠炎以青、中年为主,男略多于女。病变侵犯直、结肠,呈连续性。固有膜内弥漫性炎性细胞浸润、黏膜结构异常和隐窝脓肿形式。结论溃疡性结肠炎临床表现缺乏特异性,内镜联合活检,密切结合临床表现是及时、正确诊断的关键。

Objective To evalute the diagnostic role of clinical feature, colonoscopy and biopsy of ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods 222 cases with ulcerative colitis was reviewed with clinical symptoms, electron endoscopy features and pathological characters. Results As far as UC is concerned most patients are youny and mid - aged, males are slightly more than females, the diseased parts are mainly in the rectum and colon ,continuously distributed ,the inflammatory cells infiltrated diffusive in proper membranes with abnormal stracture of the mucous membranes and for matiou of crypt abscess. Conclusion There was no specific features in the clinical symptoms of UC, and the endoscopy combined with the biopsy is the mere key to the timely and correct diagnosis.
