老年消化系统肿瘤患者血肉锌、硒与T细胞亚群变化的观察

Observation of Changes of Zinc,Selenium and T Cell Subsets in Elder Patients with Digestive System Tumor

观察了４４例老年消化系统肿瘤病人血浆，红细胞内微量元素会、硒与Ｔ细胞亚群间的变化。其结果显示：老年消化系统肿瘤病人与健康老年组相比，Ｔ细胞亚群水平低于对照组，并且肿瘤与健康组相比，前者随锌、硒比值下降的同时，Ｔ细胞亚群ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均下降，而ＣＤ８增高，显示出免疫调节紊乱。这表明老年人缺锌、缺硒可引起机体免疫功能减退，而免疫功能减退则是引起消化系统肿瘤的危险因素。

Changes of trace elements zinc,selenium of plasma and RBC as well as T cell subsets in 44 cases of elder patients with digestive system tumour were observed and compared with 30 healthy elder people.The results showed that the levels of T cell subsets,the trace elements Zn and Se in plasma and RBC all were lower than those in controls.In patients with decreased Se,Zn and the T cell subsets,CD3 CD4,the ratio of CD4/CD8 also decreased but CD8 was increased.These results indicate that the lack of Zn and Se would cause deterioration of immune function,and predispose to development of digestive system tumour.
