摘要 铝合金空间结构在体育、娱乐、环保等大跨度标志性建筑中应用前景广阔。研究与开发新型 Al-Si-Ti 变形铝合金,对于进一步拓展铝合金材在空间结构领域的应用范围具有重要意义。Al-Si-Ti 铝合金具有中等或中等以上强度,生产工艺较为简单,生产成本较低。通过进一步的研究与开发,使其具有更好的力学性能,可满足建筑模板、铝结构网架等的性能要求。 As a new type of excellent spatial structure material, the aluminum alloy products have been widely applied in long-span buildings, such as sports, amusement, and environmental buildings. To develop and Research the AI-Si-Ti alloy has very important significance for further widening the application range of aluminum alloy products in the area of spatial structure. The alloy has middle and over-middle strength, its production process is comparatively simple, so its production cost is lower. By further study, the mechanical properties of the alloy can be improved to satisfy the requirements of aluminum alloy spatial structures.
