摘要
对传统的"三酸"化学抛光工艺存在的问题进行了详细分析。在此基础上,通过试验研究开发出了建筑铝型材无烟化学抛光新工艺。采用这一新工艺后,工作环境基本无酸雾,槽液分析简便,易于观察和监控槽中反应,抛光质量稳定,磷酸消耗量显著下降,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The existing problems in traditional "three acids" chemical polishing process are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the smokeless chemical polishing process is developed for the surface treatment of architectural aluminum profile. After adopting the new process, there is no acid mist in the production site basically, the analysis of bath composition becomes easy and convenient, polishing quality is more steady, and the consumption of phosphonc acid has been greatly reduced, thus achieving better economic and social benefit.
