摘要
以刚果红的重氮化物和2-氨基-8-萘酚-6-磺酸偶合得到三偶氮染料DYE-R,再与聚乙烯醇(PVAL)水溶液混合后经流延、拉伸、干燥处理后得到彩色偏光膜。用紫外-可见分光光度法、差热-热重分析、湿-热稳定性等方法对膜材料的偏光性、热稳定性、耐湿热性、抗紫外线能力等进行了表征。结果表明,在最大吸收波长处的偏光度为88.7%,在80℃、相对湿度为90%的条件下处理1 000 h后,偏光度为88.2%,与刚果红染料膜相比,所制得的膜在最大吸收波长处的偏光度增加18%,偏光度>40%的波长范围增加约45 nm。在500 W紫外灯照射处理30 h后,偏光度为88.7%。膜热分解温度>290℃。
A kind of azo dye DYE-R was got by coupling reaction of diazonium salt of Congo red with 2- amino-8-naphthol-6-sulfonic acd. The colorful polaroid films were obtained by extension, racking and desiccation after mixing DYE - R with polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL). The polarization property, thermal stability,thermostability and wet fastness and resistance to ultraviolet radiation were measured with UV spectrophotometer, DTA- TG analyzer, weatherability analyzer and so on. The results showed that the polarization rate is 88.7% at the maximum absorption wavelengths, and the polarizaton rates of DYE- R - PVAL was 88.2% after treatment at 80 ℃ under relative humidity of 90% for 1 000 h. Compared with Congo red -PVAL, the polarization rate of DYE-R -PVAL was improved by 18% ,and wavelength range where the degree of polarization 〉 40% increased about 45 nm. The polarizatioon rate under ultraviolet lamp(500 W) beam for 30 h was 88.7%. Pyrolysis temperature of the film was over 290 ℃.
